Arriving back in North Vancouver with empty pockets, I wanted to surprise a friend I hadn't seen for several years at her workplace with some flowers. Unable to afford a bouquet, I figured I'd pick a few here and there from a flower bed or two along my 20-minute walk.

Do you think I could find any? Not a chance!! I showed up empty-handed, but had a nice visit and got a great song...

7:22 was written in early 2001 and remains one of my most popular songs from the original Stop Yelling era.
