One thing I have learned through my life experiences, is that having the support of family or friends can help lift you up when you are down, or push you further along if you are on the right track.

Silent U explores some of the examples of silent support we see in the world around us.

For me personally, there is absolutely no way I'd be where I am without the love and support of my wife Dianne - she helps me see the glow of life in me!
